Ski Jumping Canada is looking for a passionate leader interested in a part-time contract position as a Governance Enhancement Consultant. Reporting to the Board of Directors of Ski Jumping Canada (SJC), the Governance Enhancement Consultant will work with SJC to implement a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program and practice, update the governance policies, board, by-laws, and structure, including the enhancement and implementation of the board skills matrix and risk register, manage the safe sport program, liaise with other sporting
bodies regarding policy, obligations, and training.
